Countryside Medical began in November of 1997 when Dr. Lee with his wife Cheryl, a Registered Nurse, decided to start a primary care practice with the community in mind.

Beginning in a strip mall in 1997, Dr. Lee and Cheryl along with two other employees opened the practice.

Throughout these early years, the practice began growing and thriving with all the loyal and supportive Countryside patients.

We have since grown and moved to a 8,000 square foot building and have three providers, all while growing to over 20 employees and with full ancillary services.

Our name was chosen and designed from a desire to do medicine the old fashioned way, the type of medicine Dr. Lee grew up with watching his father and grandfather care for their own patients in his home town. In fact some of the original medical tools used by his father and grandfather are on display throughout the Countryside Medical office.

Our practice is a one-stop facility where not only our patient’s primary medical care goals can be met.
